There are several stages or phases to purchasing your new Stone Ridge Home. 

Below you will find a summary of the various steps involved in this process.

1. Decide on the floor plan.  You can choose a floor plan from our existing portfolio of plans or we can design one from scratch for you.
2. Decide on the options and or upgrades you would like in your new Stone Ridge Home.  Because our amenity packages are so inclusive, there may not be much you need to add.
3. Choose your lot.  Some times this comes first.  It depends on the availability of lots at the time you make your purchase.
4. Sales Agreement.  We will need to make it all official by filling out a Sales Agreement which will contain information about your floor plan, lot, options and financing for your new home.  Typically, an earnest money deposit will be required at this time.
5. Your next step is the mortgage company.  You will need to get qualified for your new home.  If you do not already have a relationship with a mortgage lender, we can refer one to you.
6. Once your loan has been approved, we can begin the design phase of your new home.  This is where we will make modifications to the floor plan to fit your needs.
7. While your plan design or modification is being done, you can start picking out the decorator selections for your new home.  For your convenience, a design center has been established in our model home.  We will be happy to have our design consultant work with you or you are free to bring someone on your own.
8. Once the plan design and or modifications are complete and you are through with your color selections, we will have a pre construction or redline meeting.  This is the meeting where we will make any last minute notes on your plans and finalize your color selections.
9. During the construction phase, we will meet with you to discuss and look over different aspects of your new homes.
10. Once your new home is complete, we will have a final walk through inspection.
11. After we obtain a certificate of occupancy and all of the Title Work is complete and funding has occurred, you will be able to move into your new Stone Ridge Home.
